The mobile app has been designed to be an extremely simple data capture companion that works offline. You won't be editing surveys directly in there - you'll have a single screen that fast-tracks your ability to capture photos, text, voice notes and condition ratings, stick a simple category on them (e.g. Doors, Conservatories) and upload everything to the report editor when you're back online.
Unlike other platforms, there are no lengthy forms with endless text inputs, no need to hit CTRL+F to find your sections and no degrees required to learn our software. Your entire report is built using a simple drag-and-drop rich text editor; simply capture your findings on the easy to use mobile app, upload the data, and drag content into the relevant sections of your report. Yes! We'll load your account with RICS standards compliant building survey templates and you're able to change or delete these if you wish. You can create your own templates, define your own branding colours, and even re-order every section by simply dragging them above or below other sections. This flexibility allows you to produce reports for any kind of survey you need.
We'll never try to keep you on the hook or upsell you hidden features. If this product is not for you, simply end your subscription and you're done. You'll be given the opportunity to leave us some feedback if you choose, and that's optional!
After uploading your observations from the mobile app, you'll be able to create a new report (and optionally choose a template) from that property's capture session. From there, simply drag and drop all of your content into the relevant sections of the report, edit what you need to, then click the download button. Nice and easy!
Level² let's you define (or upload from another product) reusable text content to save you time. Using a very simple syntax, you can even add single and multi-select options to your text. Other solutions can feel quite clunky, so we put a lot of effort into making sure ours feels polished and reliable.
We take security very seriously. All communication between our apps and servers is encrypted, and we don't retain generated reports on our infrastructure. Every time you press Download, a new file is generated and delivered directly to you.
